White Belt:

Yellow Belt:
Knowledge of the DMAIC process steps and major tools used.
Green Belt:
Well-developed knowledge of the DMAIC process with application experience.
Black Belt:
Extensive knowledge and experience in the DMAIC process, with project team leadership abilities and experiences.
Master Black Belt:
Extensive knowledge and experience in the DMAIC process, with project team leadership experiences, and the ability to teach and mentor.
